IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SERVING ON THE SEDGLEY ABBEY BOARD OF DIRECTORS, PLEASE INFORM DAVID ANDERSON, TANA ABLES OR RESPOND THROUGH THE CONTACT PAGE.  A NOMINATION FORM WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL PACKET FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

THE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE HAS COMPLETED THEIR OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.  IN AN EFFORT TO PRESERVE THE BEAUTY AND PROPERTY VALUES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, PROPERTY OWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAINTAIN THEIR YARDS/PROPERTY AS OUTLINED IN THE COVENANTS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS.  SOME HOMEOWNERS RECEIVED LETTERS CITING DEFICIENCIES THAT NEEDED ATTENTION ON THEIR PROPERTY.

• to put it in writing and  send to a Board Member via emailing, using the website, or US Mail if you have a compliant or issue you want the Board to address
• to submit an ARC (download copy from Document/Minutes page) when making changes/additions to your property (outside) i.e., removing trees, painting, adding lighting, solar panels, fencing, rain barrels, sheds, tents, portable toilets, storage units, trailers, decorative items, statues,  non-natural elements, wall art, placards, signs, ornaments, ......  (When in doubt, fill it out!)

The Board of Directors is in the process of updating the current Rules and Regulations.  A copy of the Board approved Sedgley Abbey Plantation Rules and Regulations will be included in the Annual Packet.
