THE LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE HAS COMPLETED THEIR OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.  IN AN EFFORT TO PRESERVE THE BEAUTY AND PROPERTY VALUES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD, PROPERTY OWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO MAINTAIN THEIR YARDS/PROPERTY AS OUTLINED IN THE COVENANTS AND RULES AND REGULATIONS.  SOME HOMEOWNERS RECEIVED LETTERS CITING DEFICIENCIES THAT NEED ATTENTION ON THEIR PROPERTY.

THE QUARTERLY HOA  DUES ARE $110 for 2026.  A LATE FEE of $10.00 WILL BE APPLIED FOR EACH MONTH OF NON-PAYMENT AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE HOMEOWNER'S ACCOUNT.  IT MUST BE PAID WHEN PAYING DUES.  

 ANNUAL HOA MEETING - TO BE HELD IN NOVEMBER.  DATE TO BE DETERMINED.

• to put it in writing and  send to a Board Member via emailing, using the website, or US Mail if you have a compliant or issue you want the Board to address
• to submit an ARC (download copy from Document/Minutes page) when making changes/additions to your property (outside) i.e., removing trees, painting, adding lighting, solar panels, fencing, rain barrels, sheds, tents, portable toilets, storage units, trailers, decorative items, statues,  non-natural elements, wall art, placards, signs, ornaments, ......  (When in doubt, fill it out!)

The Board of Directors have revised the current Rules and Regulations, which were last updated and amended in December, 2016.  

A copy of these Rules and Regulations were included in the Annual Meeting Packet. They are available to be downloaded from the Documents/Minutes Page.
