COMMUNITY YARD SALE WILL BE ON SATURDAY, MAY 17 FROM 7:00-12:30.

THE COMMUNITY PICNIC WILL BE ON SEPTEMBER 13.

THE QUARTERLY HOA  DUES ARE $110 for 2025.  A LATE FEE of $10.00 WILL BE APPLIED FOR EACH MONTH OF NON-PAYMENT AND WILL BE ADDED TO THE HOMEOWNER'S ACCOUNT.  IT MUST BE PAID WHEN PAYING DUES.  

The HOA Board is aware of homeowners using multiple outdoor lights (colored and white/clear) in their front yards. Neighbors are complaining about the blinking and/or flashing of these lights into their homes.    This is considered Light Pollution and a nuisance to the neighbors and neighborhood.  Refer to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions Article V, Section 9 and in the Rules and Regulations, Number 26 for clarification.

• to not begin with your loud outdoor equipment before 8:00 a.m.
• to pick up your "doggie's poo" at the Dog Station and 
• to not let your dog use a neighbor's yard to "relieve" itself - use your own yard for that
• to put it in writing and  send to a Board Member via emailing, using the website, or US Mail if you have a compliant or issue you want the Board to address
• to submit an ARC (download copy from Document/Minutes page) when making changes to your property (outside) i.e., removing trees, painting, adding lighting, solar panels, fencing, rain barrels, sheds ......
